1 star for this company. joined their discord and also sent in a ticket shortly after christmas, it wasn't till mid Jan where one of their bots sent me an email to opt out of the purchase. Whilst the components that go into the design of this PC are considered low-end, they still provide some of the best price/performance in today’s market. They do a terrible job at building these with the absolute cheapest parts, and a 5 year old can to a better job at routing and securing the wires. The "fix" is to use their "Advanced RMA" system, where you pay for spare parts, they take weeks to ship them, and they pinky-promise to refund you if/when they get the broken part from you, but only if they deem it not damaged by you.
